[Nvda-dev] Numbers spoken incorrectly: "500-1000"

The problems seems to be in NVDA, not eSpeak.

I hear the same problem if I set NVDA to use the Microsoft Sam SAPI5
synthesizer.

Hmm, there is someone on the freelists group asking for options for speaking
numbers, which might be worth bearing in mind if this does turn out to be a
nvda problem.

Yup. I think it's due to the dictionary rule for phone numbers. People
will probably complain if I remove it, but given this bug, I think it
should be removed. Mick, Peter: thoughts?
