More on after update errors in Master branch

Most of the time these errors as mentioned elsewhere on this list can be
safely ignored. I think the one below is quite common. I'm sure somebody
will explain why it happens, but the trick really is not to leave  programs
open with virtual buffers when you update an nvda version.
 No electrons were harmed during this  test.

reload the offending software.
