Invisible windows

Brian's Mail list account BY
In the tray of my windows 7 machine there is this view available networks
item. It does not seem to obey the settings of the rest of windows, ie it
opens when you spend a few seconds on it even when cursoring. Sadly this
window then opens and everything stops working unless you  force it to focus
somewhere by a windows keypress, otherwise the effect is seen as...

Can anything be done in nvda to make this sort of useless window  be
ignored? To new users its quite disconcerting. If I could find its controls
in control panel somewhere i'd hide it on the tray but it seems to iignor
all attempts to do this.
I assume its part of the wireless items, but since this puter is not
wireless it seems a bit pointless!
